Wie prüfungssicher ist die Lösung?

Die Lösung hat sich in der Praxis bereits bei vielen externen Prüfungen bewährt. Grundlage hierfür ist, dass jeder Arbeitsschritt in der Software revisionssicher und nachvollziehbar aufgebaut ist. Beispielsweise wird jede Änderung an den Daten in einem Audit-Trail festgehalten. Auch gibt es immer die Möglichkeit, Erläuterungen und Nachweise zu hinterlegen, welche über eine spezifische Rolle für Prüfer einsehbar sind.

Wie schnell ist die Einführung?

Unsere Software ist innerhalb von wenigen Wochen einsatzbereit. Möglich ist dies durch unsere SaaS-Architektur sowie insbesondere durch unseren starken ESG-Fokus. Alle CSRD-spezifischen Inhalte sind bereits in der Software hinterlegt und mit möglichst viel Fachwissen hinterlegt. Wie fügt sich das Modul in bestehende Systeme ein?

Das CSRD-Modul ergänzt bestehende Systeme sinnvoll und kann als Single-Point-of-Truth für Ihr ESG-Management genutzt werden. Um einen durchgängigen Datenfluss zu gewährleisten, verfügt unsere Software über eine flexible Architektur. So können Daten beispielsweise per Massenupload hochgeladen werden oder direkt per Schnittstelle integriert werden.

Kann ich auch Berichte in der Software schreiben?

Ja, die Software deckt den gesamten Berichterstellungsprozess von der DMA bis zum exportierbaren Bericht ab. Zur Erstellung des Berichts gibt es ein umfangreiches Disclosure Management Modul, mit welche die im Vorfeld gesammelten Daten in einen Bericht überführt werden können. Das Modul verfügt über CSRD-spezifische Vorlagen und überträgt die Daten beispielsweise automatisch in die geforderten Tabellen. Durch den sinnvollen Einsatz von KI können Texte zudem auf Knopfdruck erstellt werden. Dabei behalten Sie durch integrierte Tags immer den Überblick. Der finale Bericht kann anschließend als Word-Datei exportiert werden.

Werden regulatorische Anpassungen in der Software abgebildet?

Ja, wir stellen zentral die aktuellen regulatorischen Vorgaben bereit. Sobald diese sich ändern, bilden wir diese umgehend in der Software ab und stellen diese unseren Kunden zur Verfügung. Beispielsweise bei der Überarbeitung der ESRS im Dezember 2025 waren wir einer der ersten Anbieter, der die neuen Standards in der Software vollumfänglich integriert hatte. Zusätzlich reichern wir die Standards kontinuierlich mit Fachwissen und Best Practices an, um das Reporting für unsere Kunden möglichst einfach zu gestalten.

Kann ich im Rahmen der Wesentlichkeitsanalyse Stakeholder einbinden?

Ja, die Software folgt im Rahmen der Wesentlichkeitsanalyse einem flexiblen Ansatz, der auch das Stakeholdermanagement umfasst. So ist es beispielsweise möglich, die Stakeholder Bewertung direkt konsolidiert einzutragen. Alternativ können aber auch Fragebögen an die Stakeholder verschickt werden.
