However, pursuant to Sections 8 through 10 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), we, as a service provider, are not obligated to monitor third-party information that is transmitted or stored, nor are we required to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
Obligations to remove or block access to information under general laws remain unaffected by this. However, liability in this regard is possible only from the time we become aware of a specific infringement.
