Was ist der Supply Chain Hub?

Der Supply Chain Hub ist das Lieferantenmodul der ESG-Software FramesCube. Unternehmen verwalten darin ihren Lieferantenstamm, kontaktieren Lieferanten, versenden individuelle Fragebögen und erfassen Daten und Nachweise. Die Erhebung lässt sich für mehrere Anforderungen gleichzeitig nutzen: Sorgfaltspflichten nach LkSG und CSDDD, die EU-Zwangsarbeitsverordnung EUFLR, CO₂-Daten für CCF und PCF sowie Verpackungsdaten für die PPWR.

Für welche Anforderungen kann ich die erhobenen Daten nutzen?

Für alle, die auf Lieferanteninformationen aufbauen. Selbstauskünfte und Maßnahmennachweise bedienen LkSG und CSDDD. Angaben zu Produktionsstandorten und Arbeitsbedingungen unterstützen die EUFLR. DDS-Referenznummern und Rückverfolgbarkeitsdaten decken die EUDR-Pflichten nachgelagerter Marktteilnehmer ab. Anlagenbezogene Emissionsdaten und CO₂-Preisbelege dienen CBAM. Primärdaten zu Emissionen fließen in CCF und PCF ein, Verpackungsangaben stehen dem PPWR-Modul zur Verfügung.

Gilt das LkSG 2026 noch?

Ja. Entfallen ist die Berichtspflicht nach § 10 Abs. 2 LkSG; das BAFA nimmt keine Unternehmensberichte mehr entgegen und die Sanktionsregelungen wurden entschärft. Die materiellen Sorgfaltspflichten – Risikomanagement, Risikoanalyse, Präventions- und Abhilfemaßnahmen, Beschwerdeverfahren und interne Dokumentation – gelten unverändert weiter.

Ab wann muss ich die CSDDD umsetzen?

Die durch Omnibus I geänderte CSDDD ist seit dem 18. März 2026 in Kraft. Die Mitgliedstaaten setzen sie bis zum 26. Juli 2028 in nationales Recht um, die Pflichten gelten ab dem 26. Juli 2029. Direkt betroffen sind Unternehmen mit mehr als 5.000 Beschäftigten und über 1,5 Mrd. Euro Nettoumsatz. Kleinere Unternehmen erhalten die Anforderungen in der Regel vertraglich über ihre Kunden.

Was verlangt die EUFLR von Unternehmen?

Die EU-Zwangsarbeitsverordnung (EU) 2024/3015 verbietet ab dem 14. Dezember 2027, Produkte auf dem EU-Markt bereitzustellen, einzuführen oder auszuführen, die ganz oder teilweise unter Zwangsarbeit hergestellt wurden. Sie enthält keine allgemeine Berichtspflicht, sondern wirkt produktbezogen. Behörden prüfen risikobasiert und fordern dabei Informationen an – Unternehmen profitieren davon, Herkunft, Produktionsstandorte und ihre Risikoprüfung jederzeit belegen zu können.

Was ist der PACT-Standard?

PACT steht für Partnership for Carbon Transparency, eine Initiative des World Business Council for Sustainable Development. Sie umfasst eine einheitliche Methodik zur Berechnung von Product Carbon Footprints auf Basis lieferantenspezifischer Primärdaten sowie technische Spezifikationen für den Austausch dieser Werte zwischen Systemen. Dadurch werden CO₂-Angaben zwischen Lieferant und Kunde vergleichbar und maschinenlesbar – die Grundlage für belastbare Scope-3-Bilanzen.

Unterstützt der Supply Chain Hub die EUDR?

Ja – für nachgelagerte Marktteilnehmer und Händler. Seit der Überarbeitung der Verordnung gibt grundsätzlich nur der Erstinverkehrbringer eine Sorgfaltserklärung ab. Nachgelagerte Akteure erfassen und speichern stattdessen die DDS-Referenznummern ihrer Lieferanten, sichern die Rückverfolgbarkeit von Eingangs- zu Ausgangsware und legen die Unterlagen auf behördliche Anfrage vor. Genau diese Aufgaben bildet der Supply Chain Hub ab. Für die volle Sorgfaltspflicht als Erstinverkehrbringer – inklusive Geolokalisierung und Einreichung im EU-Informationssystem – arbeiten wir mit Prewave zusammen. Die EUDR gilt ab dem 30. Dezember 2026 für mittlere und große Unternehmen und ab dem 30. Juni 2027 für Kleinst- und Kleinunternehmen.

Wie unterstützt der Hub bei CBAM?

Bei der Datenbeschaffung – dem Teil, der in der Praxis am längsten dauert. Der Hub fragt anlagenbezogene Emissionsdaten und Belege über bereits gezahlte CO₂-Preise strukturiert bei Ihren Lieferanten im Drittland ab, erinnert automatisch an offene Rückmeldungen und legt die Nachweise nachvollziehbar ab. Berechnung und Einreichung der CBAM-Erklärung erfolgen anschließend auf dieser Datenbasis.
